Flashback Friday! Thought I would reminisce with this pic!

Me growing indoors in the WINTER in friggin' Indiana!

Fresh! Better than organic! Accessible! Salads and herbs for days! I was in green heaven. Every person has their "WHY" in why they don't want to invest in something. Investment = money! I get it!! I really do. But what if you do a perspective shift? Change gears with me. And before you eye roll and delete this... STOP (collaborate & listen). LOL

Here's the straight shooter's version... you're either:

Wow! Can you believe that it's November?! I am beyond excited to introduce to you to one of my new products: beard oil. It's available in my shop and it's just asking to be bought. Handcrafted in small batches with no cut corners means care was taken in selecting only all natural ingredients.

After all, beards need love too!

I am proud to say that I have three distinct blends! One is a Spiced Orange which has notes of cinnamon, clove, and citrus. If that doesn't remind you of Fall, I'm not sure what will! The s...

The Diva's Day Out Fair today was a blast! I really enjoyed interacting with people who are wanting to get healthy, have an eagerness to know what's in their food or are trying to save money for their families. You get a badge of honor because I respect your Budget Hustle. I have crowned myself the title of Discount Diva so I know a good hustle when I see one and that's why I want you to hear me out.

Just a girl and her booth ;)

'Operation Deconstruction' but check out all this yummy produce!!

One thing I noticed with my conversations wi...

So begins the journey of me taking a huge step. It's cliche but nonetheless true. You cannot expect to grow unless you start taking steps in that direction. Passion is beautiful. It's great, in fact, but if it doesn't have momentum and motion then what does it really accomplish? You can start the car, but it's not until you pop that car into gear that you will get movement. So I'm putting my passion into drive and making the move!

With all that stated, I am so excited to announce that I will have a Tower Garden booth setup at the Divas...

So today I have been researching 🗻 water 🗻 filtration systems. There's so many out there on the market and I realize that not all can pump out the quality for a picky person like me. wink emoticon Thankfully I am also a part of a very health-conscious group on FB and one of the suggestions was Berkey. I had heard the name before, but honestly wasn't sure if it would be worth the price for the investment. Now I'm reconsidering. (For the record, I am not a paid sponsor for this company. I just am an average co...

Immaculate's Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Mix is already excellent but I found an exciting way to make it fun for kids who LOVE colors! It's so exciting when you find way to tweak box recipes. I snagged this find at Big Lots yesterday for a non-piggy-bank-breakin' $1! Talk about a steal. On a sidenote, check your local Big Lots. They often have a generous selection of natural and organic products for a fraction of regular grocer prices. If you play your cards right, you'll be able to stack up savings on a variety of healthy choices.

This b...

It's been garden harvest season over here 24/7. Fresh, access to better-than-local garden. There is just something deeply rewarding about having your own garden. And I love knowing that there are absolutely, 100% no chemicals sprayed on my produce. I feel like a chef with my garden! The sustainable life is so rich. My goal is continually spread my wings in the homesteading arena. Okay, maybe my green thumb ultra-ego has stepped in for some Hulk-style inflation but if I'm totally honest, I'm sure you can be a brown or black thumb and s...

Had some fun with lunch today. Please tell me you've tried using a spiralizer before? These things are amazing!! I spiralize (is that a word?) several times a week-- anything from potatos or cucumbers or zucchinis. I believe in playing with your food!

These purple sweet potatoes for today's lunch were purchased at Saraga's International Market. They only cost $1.29/lb which makes it a wonderfully nutritious option for an alternate noodle solution. I spiralized using the Brieftons Spiralizer and put them in a baggie in the fridge for la...

I did a review of Young Living's essential oil blend, Joy. I go through how essential oils can affect your body in partnership with prayer.

Applying oils with prayer:

Scripture Referenced:

Psalm 28:7 "The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him."

Use a Scripture that speaks to you.

Here are some other joy scriptures you could use when applying JOY:

Romans 15:13

Psalm 71:23

Hebrews 12:2

Philippians 1:3-5

Psalm 16:11

Psalm 30:5

An Irish Poem for You:

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
