Floral Elixir Co. started from an idea to create cocktails and sodas with flowers in late 2008 after Founder Nora Egger’s return to the US after working in Europe for a decade. Originally from Austria, Nora has spent her life living between Europe and the US, and while working in Europe she traveled extensively and became fascinated in the role flowers and botanicals played in drink and food cultures.
Our flower syrups ‘Elixirs’ as they’re more potent than regular pure cane sugar syrups, made from real flowers and botanicals, and have a delicate sweet/citrus balance which lends for perfect cocktail and soda enjoyment.
They are still produced in 10 gallon batches and fill each bottle by hand with a small team to assure the highest quality control, as the flowers, botanicals, and plant-based colors are all highly delicate.
